TRS Resourcing is sourcing an experienced Auto Electrician for a full-time permanent position. This role is based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and our client is a leading supplier of semi-trailers
Due to continued growth and workshop demand, they are now seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join their team working across new truck builds, pre-delivery, and service/repair work on trucks and prime movers.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Electrical fitout of semi-trailers
- Installation of electrical components, accessories, and control systems
- Fault finding and diagnostics on trucks and prime movers
- Testing electrical components
- Attention to detail
- Working collaboratively within a large workshop team
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with Workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Reference contact details of two past employers
- Based already in Melbourne, Victoria
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Relevant Trade Qualification - Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent discipline, or A Grade
